Manual Adjustments
Manual manipulations of the spine and other joints in the body have been around for a long time. In fact, Hippocrates, the famous Greek physician who lived from 460 to 357 B.C., published a text detailing the importance of manual manipulation. In one of his writings he declares, “Get knowledge of the spine, for this is the requisite for many diseases”. Evidence of manual manipulation of the body has been found among the ancient civilizations of Egypt, Babylon, Syria, Japan, China, the Incas, Mayans and Native Americans.

From Gonstead to Thompson to Diversified techniques, our doctors use a range of tools to deliver the most effective pain relief and healing.
Computerized Adjustments
Twenty years ago the first computerized adjustment systems were created. Because a small number of patients suffered from conditions where it was difficult or impossible to treat through manual manipulation, computerized adjustments have grown exponentially. Through the state-of-art Ultralign system, the chiropractors at Natural Healing Center can safely treat patients with osteoporosis and other complicating conditions. The Ultralign works by using low force with high repetition, thus gently adjusting the vertebrae. Our clinic has had great results with this style of treatment to reduce symptoms of pain throughout the skeletal system.
